We are a recruitment agency specializing in headhunting and internship programs for university students. Our head office is located in Manhattan, New York, with a branch in Seoul, Korea. We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Headhunting Manager to join our team in our New York office.

■ Position: Headhunting Manager (Korean bilingual)

[Key Responsibilities]
1. Manage headhunting projects for Korean conglomerates, mid-sized companies, SMEs, and startups
2. Operate recruitment projects for U.S.-based companies
3. Handle end-to-end recruiting processes including candidate sourcing, matching, and interview coordination
4. Analyze U.S. talent market trends and develop recruitment strategies
5. Develop new job placement opportunities for candidates
6. Communicate effectively with HR managers from client companies



[Qualifications]
  - 5+ years of experience in headhunting or recruiting
  - Native-level proficiency in English; business-level or higher proficiency in Korean preferred
  - Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa restrictions)
  - Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace



■ Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
■ Location: New York, USA
■ Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (Annual)
■ Languages: English (Required), Korean (Preferred)
